TRANSFORMATION

2.png

This season, the Annapolis Chorale invites you to a season of “Transformation” — an exploration of sound, story, and spirit. From the mystical romance of Brigadoon to the celestial beauty of Music of the Spheres, from the festive energy of our Celebration of Christmas to the sacred intensity of Messiah, every performance is an evolution. We step beyond the expected with world premieres, Broadway favorites, and the brilliance of Beethoven. This isn’t just a season — it’s a reflection on beauty, memory, and what’s possible. Join us. Be open. Be moved. Transform.

Every season is a chance to tell new stories — to dig deeper, reach higher, and connect more meaningfully. But this one… this one feels different. Transformation isn’t just the name of our season — it’s a promise. A bold step forward. A celebration of who we’ve been and who we’re becoming.

As we step into our second half-century together, I’m incredibly excited to share a lineup that challenges, uplifts, and surprises. From the timeless magic of Brigadoon, to the shimmering beauty of new choral works in Music of the Spheres, to the cherished traditions of Messiah and our Celebration of Christmas — this season is filled with moments that ask us to feel more, dream bigger, and listen with open hearts.

We’re not only performing great music. We’re expanding what’s possible — premiering new works, spotlighting bold voices, and inviting you to be part of something alive and urgent. Music has always been about transformation: of spirit, of community, of self. And I can’t wait to experience that journey with you.

Thank you for continuing to make this artistic adventure possible. We’re ready for what’s next. Let’s transform — together.

With gratitude and excitement,

Artistic Director
